The Loan Processing Manager for AmeriHome’s Retail Lending division will be responsible for managing a team of Loan Processors and Loan processor assistants. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of mortgage lending industry laws and regulations. They will have a proven track record in managing and motivating in an active fast-paced pipeline along with experience in nationwide lending within a centralized sales and operations consumer-direct/retail environment.• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the incoming pipeline, as well as all files currently in the pipeline, to ensure progress is made on each file daily. Train and update processing staff on all operational policies and procedures and investor guidelines.
