Job Description

  • Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining frequent communication and providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers
  • Maintain organized, accurate loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage multiple loan files, identifying and resolving discrepancies while ensuring all conditions are cleared prior to closing 
  • Collect, review, and analyze borrower documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for final loan approval.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely loan processing and closing
  • Qualifications

  • Customer service- oriented mindset with professional communication skills 
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
