Apex Systems is currently hiring for a LoanIQ Production Support Analyst with one of our large Banking clients. 

Location: Hybrid – CHARLOTTE, NC

Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week

Pay range: $65-$68+/HR

Contract Length: 12+ months

Looking for LoanIQ experts who can resolve issues from their users.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex LoanIQ system issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
