Loans Supervisor

The Consumer Loans Management Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of CTS financing activities including qualification, review, assignment, monitoring and compliance with the developer’s continuing obligations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in reviewing list of pre-qualified accounts for CTS/SOR prior to availment.
• Handles the account review and transaction documentation during actual availment.
• Confirms the veracity of computations on assignment, interest rebate on settlement, and knock off accounts, if any.
• Supervises the after-availment activities and monitoring such as but not limited to updating of accounts’ diary tracking in SAP and updating of monitoring file.
• Checks weekly projection reports prior to submission to immediate head for review and section head’s approval before forwarding the same to Cash and Loans Reporting Unit to facilitate preparation of cash flow projection report for the ...
