In this role you will welcome guests with professionalism and grace, assist with inquiries and help create a seamless and elegant guest experience. Strong communication skills and a polished appearance are essential to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions within the hotel
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services
• Maintain the lobby areas appearance and ambiance
• Manage guest waiting areas and seating arrangements
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
