Responsibilities
Earn $25.75–$28.75/HR with Overtime After 40 Hours – Paid Weekly $64,200–$82,400 annually depending on experience, overtime, and bonuses Weekends Off! Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Class A Tractor-Trailer hauling hardwood flooring, countertops, and tile Touch Freight – assist with loading, unloading, and properly securing cargo Ensure safe and timely delivery of all materials to customers’ locations Use and secure blocks, ties, straps, chains, and binders for cargo securement Maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely at all times Exhibit strong communication and a customer-first attitude Adapt to changing routes, prioritize safety, and deliver quality service Work independently while maintaining focus and professionalism Perform additional duties as required in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment Physical Requirements: Able to lift and transfer 65 lbs, push/pull 137 lbs vertically climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in various positions from ground level to 72” elevation Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record 12 months of verifiable Class A commercial driving experience Must be 23 years or older Experience with local deliveries and multiple stops preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle freight safely Must be able to read and interpret bills of lading and picking sheets Basic tablet/iPad proficiency preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus Excellent attention to detail and safety-focused work ethic Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check Responsibilities
