About the RoleWe are looking for a HSS DevOps Engineer based in Santiago to strengthen our support presence in Mining systems and platform. This role will act as a key bridge between local business operations and the global Technology team, helping mitigate challenges related to time zone differences and language barriers when handling support tickets originating from the Mining for America region.The ideal candidate is a technically strong DevOps professional with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, capable of operating in a distributed global environment while providing hands-on local support.
