Overview
The local Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of Facilities activities locally and ensures that all local requirements regarding facility management are met, including quality and performance controls, supported by data-driven monitoring , and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Steers the local Facility Management and manages a local team and/or external service providers
- Management of the local facility management and steering of external service providers used for building and facility related services, using digital tools where applicable
- Document preparation for tenders, including the use of standardized digital documentation
- Quality & Performance Control, based on KPI and reporting tools
- Data collection for Environmental reporting / rollout of environmental initiatives and follow-up, supported by digital data tracking
- Access, security and safety management
