Local Painter for Long Term Subcontracting

Seeking local painter with 5 years experience (~minimum) and has own tools and transportation.

This opportunity is to establish a long-term 1099 subcontractor relationship for work I will secure over time in Westchester County.

I will be providing the materials (paint and sundries).

You should already have a fully licensed, insured, Workers Comp holding (or exemption) business set up for yourself.

Applicants without all these criteria - please DO NOT APPLY.

This includes equipment and hardware (rollers, brushes, ladders, drop clothes, etc).

Bonus if you manage people and have a painting crew of 2-3+ of your own.

Should be willing to undergo a basic background check and come out clean.
