ING’s Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team is responsible for centralized transaction reporting platforms and services, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely regulatory submissions. The Risk and Control Lead plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, proactively managing risks, and translating complex regulatory requirements into structured processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Management & Improvement:

  • Lead end-to-end process performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Align and prioritize cross-domain process enhancements.

• Control Framework Ownership:

  • Maintain and enhance RTR’s Risk and Control framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead Key Control Testing cycles and manage reconciliation frameworks.
