1. Manage a full cycle of localization projects from initiating, executing, to closing.
2. Communicate proactively with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
3. Coordinate with internal requestors and external resources to ensure on-schedule, high-quality delivery.
4. Analyze source files to identify potential risks and establish preventive action initiatives.
5. Keep project & finance data up to date to ensure budgetary adherence to project-based quotes.
6. Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and troubleshoot all project-related issues.
7. Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement, tools, and system optimization.
