Responsibilities• Heading talent acquisition and recruitment processes• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise• Coordination with stakeholders for execution of relevant tasks• Take care of Employee engagement and CSR activities• Promote HR programs & training to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies• Undertake tasks around performance management• Prepare MIS Data and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire/ de hire and employee turnover rates, • Budgeting and cost optimization for the project• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews• Maintain employee master database and files/ records in electronic and paper form• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities• Ensure compliance with labour regulations• Administer compensation and benefit plans• Handling of payroll of total capacityMajor Points-HR Business Partner Compensation and Benefit Contract Labour Management Statutory Compliance, Darwin Box Savvy, Vendor Management.Managing contract labour & contractors management system Maintaining statutory compliance records & having sound knowledge of labour compliances Handling IR issues, other day to day trouble shooting and good Liaoning with Local Govt. Authorities Imparting Training programs and organizing employee engagement activities Responsible for joining, separation, time office, payroll Inputs, MIS and data management Better alignment with Inbound & Outbound Operation team, New Project Handling, Conducting Climate Survey
