The purpose of this position is to act as a key link between location associates and HRBP and business manages and leaders. SPOC for all initiatives at the location. First point of contact for people topics at the location.
The role is often administrative and process-oriented also involves facilitating support to HRBP for projects and data analytics, coordination of any special initiatives.

First point of contact for all the associates queries
Ensure queries are well coordinated for resolution and is close looped
Closely work with HRBP for sharing and receiving inputs related to queries from associates
Coordinate, maintain, and update tracker for the topics coming up in the location
Support the HRBP team in implementing strategic HR initiatives and policies that align with business objectives.
Location intelligence to be shared with HRBP and location Group leaders.
