Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Greensboro, NC Employer: SUMO Medical Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist to work locum shifts in Greensboro North Carolina (NC). The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits. Starting as soon as credentialed. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist role: Contract Length: 13 weeks (likely to extend) Shift Details: 4 x 10, 5 x 8 (30-minute unpaid lunch) Schedule: 7A – 3P or 7A – 5P shifts PROVIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT (Annie Penn, Wesley Long, & Moses Cone) No new graduates Support Staff: Will be Medically Supervised by a physician Annie Penn Amount of coverage needed per month: 40 hours per week Patients per day: 20 – 30 patients per day between rooms Patient population/age: 12 years and up Department description: 4 OR rooms and 3 Endo rooms – doing general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN and a robotic room EMR: EPIC Hospital bed size: 110 Special equipment: Drager anesthesia machine and Philips monitoring Wesley Long Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time Patients per day: varies Patient population/age: all ages (NO peds) Department description: 11 OR’s EMR: Epic Regular procedures: Ortho, General, Urology, GYN Special procedures: Bariatrics, Robotics (general, urology, GYN) 2 – NORA… ENDO – NO PEDS PEDS/ Moses Cone Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – 5 shifts a month Patients per day: 60 Cases per Day Patient population/age: All Ages Department description: Anesthesiology EMR: Epic 20-ORs (general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma) 5-NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI) Special Equipment: Drager anesthesia machine; Philips monitoring Skills preferred: hearts/ vascular, neuro , peds Practice Setting: Hospital Requirements of the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist role: NC state license; active, unrestricted Board certified- NBCRNA Certification- ACLS, PALS Two years’ CRNA experience Benefits : Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience and certifications) Housing and transportation needs covered.
