This role offers a day shift schedule Monday through Friday with occasional evening shifts, providing primary care services to children and adults in an outpatient setting. Job Details Location: North Carolina Start Date: Feb 2, 2026 LOA: 130 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule: 8 am - 4:45 pm Monday through Friday; occasional 12 pm - 8 pm evening shifts once or twice weekly Responsibilities and Duties Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adults Provide gynecological and prenatal care Conduct routine screenings and immunizations, including seasonal and travel vaccines Support maternal health and mother-baby home visiting programs Participate in farmworker health outreach and case management Address behavioral health and communicable disease concerns Offer family planning services Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Additional Information Must hold an active nurse practitioner license in North Carolina Experience in family practice preferred Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts as needed Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
