This opportunity begins on May 4, 2026, and spans 60 days, with day shifts Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The assignment involves 20-minute clinic appointments and a mix of complex chronic and low acuity cases. Candidates should have at least 3 years of PA experience and be comfortable supporting multiple clinics with prior notice. Job Details Location: Washington Start Date: May 4, 2026 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Assistant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Responsibilities and Duties Conduct 20-minute clinic appointments, managing a range of complex chronic and low acuity cases Deliver care across multiple clinics when required, with more than 2 weeks advance notice Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and registration staff, with translation support as needed Document patient encounters using Athenahealth EMR or demonstrate the ability to learn a new EMR system Employ Google Suite tools for communication and documentation as required Additional Information Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant required Prior experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred; translation support provided Washington license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Board certification in Family Medicine required Computer literacy required; experience with Google Suite and Athenahealth EMR preferred Some flexibility in start date may be available Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
