Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours </p><p>Hourly $215-$230 - Per hour, not OT </p><p></p><p>Holiday $322.50-245 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT </p><p><br></p><u><b>Schedule/Availability Requirements:</b></u><br><ul><li>All shifts are Mon-Fri - 7a-5p</li><li>Feb 9-13</li><li>Feb 16-20</li><li>Feb 23-27</li><li>Mar 9-13</li></ul><br><u><b>Details:</b></u><br><ul><li>Monday - Friday - 7a-5p</li><li>Facility Location: 2222 N Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907</li><li>Setting: Inpatient, Trauma - Level I</li><li>Required Procedures/Job Duties: consults, rounding, H&P, first assist as needed (not guaranteed), and general support of the orthopedic surgeon on call. <br></li><li>EMR: Epic</li><li>Support Staff: None</li><li>Reason for Coverage: PAs out of office and coverage needed to maintain surgeon coverage.</li></ul><br><p><u><b>EMR Required Training:</b></u><br></p><ul><li>Credentialing (standard) Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into "applicant in training" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. </li><li>Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.</li><li>EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training.
