We are seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care across multiple urgent care centers. What We Expect From You: At least 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care or similar settings. Ability to independently evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months), managing high patient volumes efficiently. Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically EPIC, including the ability to navigate and chart effectively. Certification: Board Certification in your respective specialty, PA Cert, Family Nurse Practitioner Cert, and BLS. Strong soft skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for one-on-one patient and staff interactions. Capable of performing minor procedures such as I&D, Lac repair, and ear irrigation. Must be able to handle full patient loads as the sole provider in a center. Must be willing to participate in mandatory EMR training and clinical onboarding scheduled weekly. Must reside within a 60-mile radius of supported locations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating pediatric and adult populations in high-volume settings. Previous use of Epic EMR with modified training. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, supported by offsite supervising physicians for APPs. Minimum Education and Experience: Hold current board certification relevant to your role (e.g., Family NP, PA certification). A minimum of 12 months’ experience in urgent care or primary care settings. Valid BLS certification. Additional Requirements: Ability to participate in scheduled EMR training sessions. No travel or overnight lodging reimbursement; support available within a 60-mile radius of your residence. Willingness to commit to a weekly clinical screening, onboarding, and training process.
