In this pivotal role, you will be the primary provider, managing a wide range of urgent care cases for both adult and pediatric patients, including procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and more. Required Skills: Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or acute care Board certification (BC / NCCPA / Family NP Certification) Proficiency with Epic EMR system Ability to independently evaluate and treat all patients in the facility Strong soft skills for effective communication with support staff and patients Current BLS certification Licensure and certification suitable for practicing in the assigned state Ability to perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in multiple clinical locations Prior exposure to pediatrics or diverse patient age groups Familiarity with additional EMR systems or advanced procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Proven clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) a plus Other Requirements: Ability to work independently without supervision, with no call requirements Willingness to support multiple site locations within specified geographic bounds Successful completion of clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding prior to first solo shift No travel or lodging reimbursement; travel mileage reimbursed only This position offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00 per hour, along with weekly pay via direct deposit.
