We are actively looking for qualified General Medicine Physicians to provide essential Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across Arizona. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state of Arizona


• Proven experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine


• Strong interview and physical assessment skills


• Ability to perform range of motion and muscle strength testing


• Excellent communication and documentation abilities


• Commitment to customer service and quality care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with VA or military population


• Familiarity with compensation and pension procedures


• Experience with medical certifications or credentials related to disability exams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)


• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in general medicine or related fields


• Previous experience conducting non-treatment exams is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within designated radii of assigned locations


• Ability to work PRN, flexible ½ or full-day shifts


• Quick credentialing process and onboarding


• Willingness to perform interview-based exams with minimal physical testing


• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities involved


• Local candidates only; travel included in pay rate


• Reliable internet connection for administrative follow-up work
