Required Skills: Board Certification in Anesthesiology Valid WV Medical License and DEA registration Valid ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to supervize CRNAs Minimum of 2 years of experience with pediatric, obstetric, and/or cardiac anesthesia Proficiency in EPIC EMR system Willingness to provide general anesthesia, including pediatric, obstetric, and cardiac cases Nice to Have Skills: Experience with kidney transplantation procedures Additional certifications or training in pediatric or cardiac anesthesia Prior experience supervising anesthesia providers Preferred Education and Experience: Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) Active state license in West Virginia Demonstrated experience in hospital anesthesiology, especially in pediatric and complex cases Other Requirements: Willingness to supervise CRNAs Flexibility to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with varied case schedules Ability to work at multiple hospital sites, including CAMC General Hospital, Memorial Hospital, and Women’s and Children’s Hospital Credentialing process anticipated to take 60-90 days Travel and organizational reimbursements provided as applicable This full-time contract, starting June 1, 2026, offers 12-hour night shifts with shifts approximately from 19:00 to 07:00, primarily on a weekly schedule. The contract duration is through December, with potential limited availability prior to June. Coverage needs are expected to grow, with additional anesthesiology colleagues being integrated into the team. Earn $440.70 per hour while providing essential care that influences lives positively.
