This is a high-acuity setting offering dynamic call coverage with APP support, interventional procedures, and a potential path to a permanent position. Schedule & Start Start Date: October/November 2025 Shift Length: 24-hour call (7a–7a) Shifts per Month: Minimum 2 weeks/month May range between 10–14 shifts/month Call Only – No Clinic Weekend and Holiday Call Coverage Required Clinical Environment Inpatient Only | Trauma Level II Daily Volume: ~3 consults/day, ~2 procedures/day Beds: 18 ICU, 18 Tele, 10 CMU APP Support: Weekdays: 1–2 APPs Weekends: 1 APP (5 hrs/day) ️ Skills & Procedures Required Interventional Cardiology Required TEE Preferred Must Be Comfortable With: Balloon Pumps Coronary Stents IVUs and IFR STEMI Call: ~3 activations per week (based on 2020 data) ✅ Requirements Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology – Required Active ID License or Active IMLC (LOQ at name clear) – Required COVID Vaccinated – Required Local/Drive-in Candidates – Highly Preferred Why This Opportunity?
