This role combines inpatient hospitalist support, GI clinic work, and weekday night call. Schedule & Coverage Shifts: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour coverage with 8 hours gratis in-house) Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour clinic coverage) Weekend Call: Not required Open Dates: Mar 30 – Apr 3 Jul 27 – Jul 31 Sep 28 – Oct 2 Dec 28 – Jan 1 Practice Details ERCP required Patient Volume: Mix of inpatient and outpatient scopes Hospitalist Support: Yes GI Clinic: Located Colorectal Surgery Support: 2 surgeons in community Community Setting: Small-town atmosphere with waterfront and city amenities EMR: Cerner ✅ Requirements Board-Certified Gastroenterologist (Board Eligible not accepted) ERCP proficiency required Active Michigan license (IMLC only for 60 days out with LOQ) DEA, NPDB self-query (within 30 days) Local providers preferred Clean malpractice history required Employee Health: Flu, COVID, TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP per policy ✈️ Travel & Lodging Mileage, car, and hotel Interested in this ERCP locum coverage?
