This opportunity offers steady scheduling, a manageable admission load, and a supportive team environment — all in a scenic desert community near the Colorado River, just 90 minutes from Las Vegas. Assignment Overview Location: Western Arizona (Bullhead City Area) Specialty: Hospital Medicine – Nocturnist (7:00pm - 7:00am) Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing Schedule: 7-On / 7-Off Block Schedule Shifts: Nights Only | Minimum 4 shifts per month Facility Type: 139-Bed Acute Care Hospital | Level IV Trauma Center EMR: Cerner Position Details Coverage Model: 4 MD day rounders, 1 MD nocturnist Average Admissions: 7–9 per night Average Daily Census: 66 patient encounters (including admits) ICU: Closed – dedicated intensivist team Subspecialty Support Includes: Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Critical Care, GI, General Surgery, GYN, Heme/Onc, Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology (tele), Ortho, ENT, Pain Management, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, and Urology.
