Required Skills: Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Valid Texas Medical License and Active DEA registration Proficiency in comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care Experience with high-risk pregnancies, labor management, and emergency obstetric procedures Competence in performing Dilation and Curettage (D&C), Ectopic Pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections Surgical first assist training (mandatory for Certified Nurse Midwives working with delivery responsibilities) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with gynecological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures Familiarity with innovative tech platforms for patient engagement Previous experience in a hospital setting with call rotation responsibilities Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree from an accredited institution Completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice in OB/GYN Current and unrestricted Texas medical license and DEA certification Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in a night shift schedule (19:00 - 07:00), 5 days per week Ability to manage on-call duties, including emergency obstetric care Travel reimbursement coverage (full travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental when applicable) Commitment to providing excellent patient care in a friendly, collaborative environment This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $214.89, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, referral bonuses, and ongoing support from a dedicated team.
