Required Skills: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid State Medical License in Texas or eligibility to obtain one Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to work independently during on-call shifts Nice to Have Skills: Experience with high-risk obstetrics Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an OB Hospitalist or in a similar inpatient setting Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Availability to start on 12/31/2025 Ability to work 24-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am Must have or be willing to obtain necessary licensure, certifications, and credentials Willingness to travel and complete required reimbursements as applicable This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated physicians seeking flexible, impactful work in a vibrant healthcare setting.
