This is an exciting opportunity for board-certified Hematology/Oncology Physicians to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment, starting ASAP. Work alongside experienced staff, utilizing advanced EMR systems while providing comprehensive patient services within a well-established hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized outpatient hematology and oncology care in a hospital-based outpatient clinic Support full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support staff Deliver high-quality treatment for solid tumor and hematologic malignancies Engage in multidisciplinary patient management collaborations Maintain clinical documentation in Epic EMR system Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards Required Skills: Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology Valid MN medical license or IMLC acceptance DEA certification BLS certification Proven experience in medical oncology and hematology Ability to perform solid tumor coverage Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with hospital-based outpatient clinics Familiarity with Epic EMR Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills Bilingual capabilities or additional language proficiency Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in hematology and oncology Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota Other Requirements: DEA certification required Ability to start within 90 days of credentialing (or 120 days if licensing is pending) Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM Must hold or be able to obtain Minnesota licensure and DEA registration prior to start date Enjoy a rewarding position with a competitive hourly pay rate of $463.13, working 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
