Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Clive, IA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are actively seeking a FULL-TIME Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a Locum-to-Perm opportunity supporting both inpatient and clinic services across Des Moines & Clive, IA . This is a high-volume, well-supported ENT practice offering a path to permanent placement for the right candidate. Position Overview Schedule: Patient Contact Hours: 36 per week FTE: 1.0 Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Clinic Days: Monday–Friday Procedure/OR Days: Based on available OR block time (coordinated with hospital) Call: Included in call schedule (hospital call clinic hourly shifts) Coverage Areas: Hospital: Des Moines Clinic: Clive This role covers both inpatient and outpatient ENT services . Requirements Clinical Details Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes Physician-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:1 Ancillary Support: 1:1 per provider Procedures: Full-spectrum ENT services offered Exam Rooms per Provider: 2–3 Medical Imaging: On-site within building (not inside clinic suite) Lab & Pharmacy: Available in building Clinic Volume: 30 patients/day Appointment Length: 15 minutes Patient Population: Central Iowa, including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill Teaching Opportunities: Yes EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required Active IA License or Active IMLC ( upload LOQ at name clear ) – Required Full-Time Availability – Required Experienced ENT Physician – Required Clean Malpractice & Background – Required
