Doctor of Medicine | Pathology Location: Oregon Employer: Barton Associates Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Pathologist for a 5-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon beginning Feb 2, 2026. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no call or weekends, working on site 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be AP/CP board certified or eligible and comfortable signing out complex surgical pathology cases. Job Details Location: Oregon Start Date: Feb 2, 2026 LOA: 5 days Provider Type Needed: Pathologist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; no call, no weekends Responsibilities and Duties Sign out complex surgical pathology cases Provide pathology services on site 40 hours per week Participate in medical directorship of an outlying laboratory (eventual expectation) Apply fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty if applicable Additional Information AP/CP board certification or eligibility required Medical degree required Must be able to obtain an Oregon medical license Fellowship training in surgical pathology subspecialties, especially GI or GYN, is desirable but not required Recent graduates will be considered Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
