Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice pediatrics Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Medicine Proven experience in pediatric hospital medicine or related settings Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CLIA-waived testing and basic in-office procedures Knowledge of hospital electronic medical records systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Prior experience in a pediatric clinic or hospital setting with rotating call duties Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience Current American Board of Pediatrics certification or eligibility Other Requirements: Participation in a rotating call schedule, including weekends and holidays Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and clinical protocols Documentation of all overtime and callback hours Travel and licensure/certification reimbursements available when applicable This is an excellent chance to advance your career in pediatrics within a supportive and resource-rich environment.
