Required Skills: Active and valid medical license in the state of Arizona Proven proficiency in urological procedures and clinical management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and excellent documentation practices Clean professional history with no reportable incidents Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a high-volume clinical setting Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Additional certifications in specialized urological procedures Ability to support complex case management Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a Urology residency program At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology Other Requirements: Availability to start on 12/31/2025 Willingness to work Monday through Friday with a standard 8 AM – 5 PM schedule, including a paid one-hour lunch Ability to provide detailed supporting notes for timesheet entries, including patient contact hours and overtime, with proper pre-approval for overtime hours Valid licensure, certification, and ability to travel if necessary No call coverage required; high-functioning support staff available Take the next step in your Urology career by joining our dedicated team.
