Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist and Make a Difference in Women’s Healthcare


Are you a dedicated OB Hospitalist skilled in providing exceptional care during hospital deliveries? We are seeking a highly qualified Locum Physician to enhance our maternity services. Required Skills:


  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with obstetric specialization

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of service

  • Proven experience in obstetric care, including labor management and delivery

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong communication and bedside manner

  • Familiarity with hospital protocols and emergency procedures



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience working with Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Practice Physicians

  • Knowledge of hospital-specific electronic medical record systems

  • Prior experience in a hospitalist or locum tenens setting

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Minimum of 3 years of obstetric clinical experience

  • Prior locum tenens or hospital-based practice experience is desirable



Other Requirements:


  • Availability to start on 03/01/2026

  • Flexibility to cover clinic, call, and on-call shifts, including overnight and weekend hours

  • Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable

  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP
