HR Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator serves as the primary link between the client and AMB Manpower Corporation, ensuring proper implementation of company policies and effective handling of employee relations concerns within the company assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor Incident Reports (IR) and Notices to Explain (NTEs) in coordination with the client and agency
- Address and document employee concerns, violations, and disciplinary cases in line with company policies
- Monitor attendance issues such as absences, tardiness, and related offenses for ER action
- Track probationary and contractual employees for proper documentation and case follow-through
- Coordinate HR-related communications between client, agency, and employees
- Prepare ER and compliance reports as required
