Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, track stock movements, and perform regular audits
• Process customer orders and coordinate timely delivery with suppliers and vendors
• Arrange and monitor shipments, handle delays, and track deliveries
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and prepare reports
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and resolve issues
• Plan and optimize transportation routes and monitor related costs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve logistics-related problems
• Ensure compliance with import/export and transport regulations
• Monitor logistics expenses and support cost-saving initiatives
