About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic team at Tang Seng Nitrogen & Pump Systems Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our Singapore office in the West Region. As a Logistic Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials
• Manage with the processing and tracking of orders and shipments
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve logistics-related issues
• Providing administrative support to the logistics department, such as document preparation and data entry
• Implementing and adhering to logistics policies, procedures and safety protocols
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems
