Job Description

  • 1 year contract
  • Salary: UP $4000
  • Location: Raffles Place
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri 10am to 7pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
  • Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets.
  • Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider.

Qualifications:

  • Meticulous, organised and eager to learn
  • Skilled in using Excel
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
