- Manage and execute improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution processes to improve efficiency and team performance;
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to trouble-shoot, problem-solve issues and create project teams to carryout warehouse improvements;
- Monitor all Receiving functions along with warehouse systems transactions - goods movements;
- Directly supervise the Receiving employees;
- Responsible for material movement and goods and maintenance of inventory control records;
- Reconcile material discrepancies and coordinate paperwork;
- Ensure that systems are in working order, enlist IT and facilities where necessary to correct problems;
