May be specialized in a specific area of expertise (Internal or external flows, receiving/shipping, warehouses….)
Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of the internal flows :
Analyze material flows and scheduling processes to accelerate the physical flows.
Support the design, development, and/or improvement of tools, equipments, packaging, and/or flow organization for an assigned area.
Provide technical support for specific plant operations (Layout, new project, value stream analysis...).
Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flow.
Design flow processes within schedules and budget parameters.
Monitor and debug new methods and procedures.
Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System and Valeo 5000.
Actively participate in and support the implementation of the Valeo Production System (VPS).
