Main Missions 1 - Lead and ensure production
  • Manage flow: incoming flow, internal flow or outgoing flow
  • Manage replacements and/or replace a member of the team at the station
  • Plan logistics based on kanban, launch operations, customer pull lists
  • Manage packaging movements in customer systems
  • Lead the team and coordinate their missions to meet objectives
  • Detect and solve common problems inherent to the job and ensure the correct solution is chosen
  • Have by delegation, the authority to stop the expeditions in order to correct the quality problems
  • Implement the corrective action plans associated and alert his/her hierarchy
