- Finality- Participate in production and lead the Autonomous Flow Team (EAF), helping it to achieve its QCDSM objectives, ensure the distribution of operational and general information to relevant personnel and the clear communication of instructions between teams- Main Missions**1 - Lead and ensure production**
- Manage flow: incoming flow, internal flow or outgoing flow
- Manage replacements and/or replace a member of the team at the station
- Plan logistics based on kanban, launch operations, customer pull lists
- Manage packaging movements in customer systems
- Lead the team and coordinate their missions to meet objectives
- Detect and solve common problems inherent to the job and ensure the correct solution is chosen
