Logistic Manager - PCL
Main Responsibilities:
Purpouse: Plant PC& L Management ensures smooth logistics processes with highest customer satisfaction, best costs and high motivated PC& L.
Responsible for production planning, material planning and warehousing management.
Ensure PC& L standards, methods and tools implemented within the plant.
Ensure customer delivery performance
Responsible to achieve the budget - Evaluate competences and assign trainings to the team - Employee Empowerment - Define PC& L deployment objectives with the plant management
Team and set up actions to achieve the targets- Define and monitor KPIs for logistics costs e.g. freight cost, stock
coverage, stock accuracy following the company targets- Drive projects together with BU and Global PC& L for further cost
reductions- Monitor and control target achievements within the team members- Lead actively Master Production Schedule meetings and Forecast
