Main Responsibilities:

• Purpouse: Plant PC&L Management ensures smooth logistics processes with highest customer satisfaction, best costs and high motivated PC&L.
• Responsible for production planning, material planning and warehousing management.
• Ensure PC&L standards, methods and tools implemented within the plant.
• Ensure customer delivery performance
• Responsible to achieve the budget - Evaluate competences and assign trainings to the team - Employee Empowerment - Define PC&L deployment objectives with the plant management
• Team and set up actions to achieve the targets- Define and monitor KPIs for logistics costs e.g. freight cost, stock
• coverage, stock accuracy following the company targets- Drive projects together with BU and Global PC&L for further cost
