Logistic Manager

We are looking for a vibrant
Logistics Manager
to coordinate and oversee warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound flows and service level excellence. The role will be based home office, hybrid with warehouse in Cabanillas del Campo (Madrid) and will work closely with internal teams and external partners across Europe.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and oversee logistical operations, with a focus on inbound and outbound flows.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels and compliance with agreed KPIs.
• Monitor warehouse performance in terms of productivity, accuracy, and processing times, defining and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
