Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily and project-related purchasing execution, including engineering services, equipment, materials, spare parts, administrative, and site supplies.
- Conduct RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiations based on approved purchase requisitions, and prepare purchasing recommendations.
- Follow up on purchase orders (POs), delivery schedules, goods receipt, and acceptance, and coordinate the resolution of purchasing-related issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and assist in maintaining and updating the approved supplier list.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare payment supporting documents, including contracts, POs, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Establish and maintain purchasing records, registers, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Perform other purchasing and project support duties as assigned.
