Logistic specialist

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a medical products manufacturing company that is looking to incorporate a Logistics Specialist into its team.

What will your mission be?

You will be a key figure in international logistics management and customer experience, ensuring efficient, timely shipments in compliance with current regulations. You will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Main responsibilities

• End-to-end management of imports and exports (documentation, customs, regulations, and transportation).
• Coordination with legal entities to obtain import permits for products.
• Preparation and review of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MSDS, etc.
• Order management and follow-up.
• Ongoing communication with clients regarding lead times, documentation, and shipment status.
