Logistic Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To manage and control site logistics to ensure the site always be accessible, clean and tidy.
• Toreceive all goods material delivered to site according to company SOP with proper records and keep in proper storage for distribution. The storage area must be safeguarded. Proper stock control must be kept at site for monitoring and reference.
• To ensure that proper record is kept for every item distributed to subcontractors. The record shall be reported to management weekly.
• To report to management on every missing item on site if discovered. Always send reminder to supervisors when the stocks are insufficient for daily work in advance. Must ensure that the stocks are always sufficient for works to be performed daily.
• To assist supervisors to carry out site supervision works under guidance of supervisors when instructed.
