Logistic Supervisor

Job Description

Ensure that the warehouse is managed efficiently to support the production lines. Supervise warehouse operators responsible for incoming materials, line feeding, and shipping activities.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the storage, and delivery of goods.
• Efficiently utilize space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality and budgetary targets are met.
• Clearly understand the company's policies and vision, and how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Maintain accurate and timely inventory transactions, both physical and system based (JDE), and conduct perpetual cycle counting initiatives. Plan for future capacity requirements.
• Manage repackaging activities and the handling of consumables and empty containers.
• Supervise the flow of waste containers.
• Ensure safety and adherence to 5S standards in the warehouse, including the proper use of PPE in all logistics areas.
