Logistic Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management : Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution; manage warehouse activities; and oversee fleet/vehicle maintenance if applicable.

• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, schedule, and provide guidance to logistics staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.

• Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels, conduct checks, maintain accuracy, and manage storage for efficient retrieval.

• Coordination : Liaise with carriers, suppliers, clients, and other departments (sales, manufacturing) to ensure smooth operations.

• Efficiency & Cost Reduction : Develop strategies to improve logistics, reduce transport costs, plan routes, and analyze data for improvements.
