Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
- Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff
- Resolve operational issues and delays promptly
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments
- Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and inventory management
