Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries (including receipt, storage, dispatch of goods and updating into the inventory system).
  • Supervise order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of goods meets customers' timescales/requirements.
  • Regularly organize and conduct physical counts with warehouse team and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Record and communicate all/any shortage issues and report to manager.
  • Optimize warehouse space (storage).
  • Ensure and practice a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
